You will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, analyzing complex data, and driving significant improvements in operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role requires a blend of leadership, analytical skills, and hands-on operational experience. The role will engage in strategic projects across fulfillment operations, client experience, industrial engineering, implementation engineering, pricing, procurement, M&A integration, and real estate.****What You’ll Do:***** Lead and execute strategic projects aimed at optimizing our fulfillment network, including labor planning, inventory placement, and new technology implementations.* Conduct in-depth analysis of fulfillment center performance data to identify trends, pinpoint areas for improvement, and develop actionable recommendations.* Partner with fulfillment operations leadership and cross-functional teams to implement new processes and best practices across the network.* Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor network health and track the success of strategic initiatives.* Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.****What You’ll Need:***** 6-8 years of experience in a strategy, operations, or logistics leadership role.* Proven experience in fulfillment center operations or a large-scale distribution network.* Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).* A track record of successfully leading and managing complex projects from conception to completion.* Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.* A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
