Job Summary

Provides routine office support. Gathers and assembles data for reports.

Retrieve data and consolidate into workable format in Microsoft Excel or other data management software.

Compare records to University policy and cite violations as needed.

Run regular reports using multiple University systems.

Present report findings to supervisor on a regular basis, using Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, or other publication software.

Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Web verification maintenance – consistent daily work

OCR import errors maintenance – consistent daily work

Communicate with VMT to establish default OCR vendor remits – one-time project

Invoice sweeping backup – as-needed TBD

AP inbox rules development – small ongoing project

Minimum Qualifications

Must be a current University of Utah student.

Preferences

One year of general office experience, or equivalency; effective communication skills, and a commitment to provide excellent customer service required. Must have Outlook and Teams experience.

A hiring department may require a minimum typing ability.

Knowledge of Concur is a plus!
