Minimum qualifications

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering their growth and career development.
Collaborate with Android connectivity teams to design and document protocol specifications for cross-device features following industry standards in Bluetooth, WiFi and related tech domains.
Partner with product managers, UX designers, and other engineers to define, design, and implement new features and improvements.
Adhere to best practices for cross-platform development for Android, Windows and other OS, including unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Help shape the future of Nearby Presence and Connections by contributing your ideas and expertise.
