We’re hiring
experienced SDRs
who specialize in
outbound prospecting
via
email, LinkedIn, and phone . Your mission: generate
5 qualified and attended meetings per day
— that’s 100+ meetings per month — with startup founders in our target sectors. This is a
remote, performance-based role
with
uncapped earnings
and full support from our internal sales team and tools stack. Key Responsibilities
Run multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, email sequences, LinkedIn outreach) to generate qualified founder meetings. Follow structured lead lists, scripts, and cadences — while bringing your own flavor to messaging and follow-up. Identify decision-makers at early-stage startups and qualify their fit for Initio Capital’s services. Schedule meetings, confirm attendance, and ensure clean hand‑off to the advisory/sales team. Maintain records in CRM and hit daily/weekly KPIs. Ideal Candidate
✅ Minimum
1 year of outbound SDR experience
(cold calling + email + LinkedIn prospecting). ✅ Proven ability to
book and confirm 5+ meetings/day
in a sales development role. ✅ Strong written and verbal communication — you’re confident on the phone and in outreach. ✅ Organized, metric-driven, and motivated by performance-based pay. ✅ Comfortable using CRMs, email tools, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and call dialers (we provide all tools + training). Earnings & KPIs
$100 per qualified and attended meeting $2,500 per deal closed
from your meetings (uncapped commissions) Target: 100 meetings/month = $10,000/month baseline (Top reps earn significantly more with closed deal bonuses and additional meeting volume.) We Provide
