The Association values diversity and inclusion and leads strategic initiatives to support a culture of inclusivity and broaden outreach to all communities. Responsibilities
Secure Sponsorships — Meet or exceed the annual sponsorship goal. Sell Tables/Tickets — Engage friends, colleagues, and business contacts. Lead by Example — Make a leadership gift during Fund-A-Need and encourage guests to do the same. Give/Get Commitment Sponsorships (personal or solicited) Table/ticket sales Additional gifts before the event Fund-A-Need contributions (self and guests) Event Participation — Attend the gala and purchase a table. Meetings — Join monthly planning meetings (more frequent closer to event). Stewardship — Thank and engage a portfolio of 20+ guests/donors. Post-Event Debrief — Participate in feedback and improvement discussions. Recruitment — Help bring in new committee members. Senioriority level
