Experienced General Superintendent

We are seeking an Experienced General Superintendent to join our team!

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation

Allocate resources for assigned projects

Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors

Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients

Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial and multi-family new ground up construction. Strong in coming out of the ground and interior finishes

Familiarity with construction management software listed below

Strong leadership qualities

Deadline and detail-oriented

Great attitude

Strong communication skills

Team oriented

EXPERIENCE IN EXCEL, BLUE BEAM, ADOBE, OUTLOOK, & MICROSOFT PROJECT FOR SCHEDULING.

ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE WITH SCHEDULES & BUDGETS.

MUST HAVE AT LEAST FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH GENERAL CONTRACTOR ON COMMERCIAL GROUND UP, MULTI-FAMILY, AND TENANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS.

GENERAL CONTRACTOR WORKING ON COMMERCIAL PROJECTS / DESIGN BUILD.
