with us. The sales analyst position is a key function to support Account Managers in their daily tasks with a data-driven mindset, as well as being the bridge between Sales, Supply chain, Finance, Marketing and IT. Key Responsibilities

Consolidate change requests from sales, create new products/customers in the system, monitor data accuracy across platforms (TC, Drug/Molecule, CMO Table), follow up on alerts and implement mitigation plans for inconsistencies, ensuring alignment with data guidelines. Gather and consolidate forecast updates from account managers in appropriate formats and granularities, manually enter or upload demand forecasts into the Demand System tool based on consolidated outputs and account manager reviews. Maintain up-to-date data in Demand Systems (units, prices), participate in tool improvements, support sales team by aligning data across multiple platforms (Demand Capture, SAP, Sales Force), and manage product lifecycle including substitutions, forecast transfers, new product introductions, and end-of-life management. Develop and implement analytics to provide sales team with better insights (Pareto Analysis, outlier reviews, trend projections, forecast statistics, connection/penetration rate tracking), while supporting the team with monthly and quarterly reporting and data visualization from various sources. Improve organizational data culture through rigorous data management practices, contribute to harmonization processes, data model structuring, and enhance connectivity/accessibility within the IT architecture. Minimum Requirements

Degree level qualification; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Requirements
