Director of Operations

to lead their manufacturing function and play a pivotal role in scaling production capabilities to meet growing market demand. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of manufacturing operations, from strategic planning and process optimization to team development and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in GMP manufacturing, a collaborative mindset, and a relentless drive for operational excellence. Responsibilities

Lead and manage all manufacturing operations, ensuring alignment with company goals, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and support new product introductions and scale-up initiatives. Ensure strict adherence to FDA, EMA, and other global regulatory standards, maintaining a culture of quality and compliance across all manufacturing activities. Partner closely with R&D, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless integration of manufacturing with broader business functions. Champion lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies to drive innovation and operational excellence. Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing manufacturing team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and professional growth. Evaluate and implement new technologies, automation solutions, and digital tools to enhance manufacturing capabilities and scalability. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred). Minimum of 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success in managing GMP-compliant manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Strong understanding of process validation, tech transfer, and scale-up for clinical and commercial production. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
