On site at Metron headquarters in Reston, VA. Responsibilities
Overseeing IT and Cybersecurity operations across the company to deliver outstanding Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) Managing IT and Cybersecurity company-wide systems and policies Lead cross-functional team of IT and Cybersecurity professionals supporting 220+ employees across multiple physical networks Developing strategy, vision and plans as they relate to the organization\'s hyper-converged infrastructure Leading major systems upgrades to enhance capabilities and support emerging program requirements including DevSecOps and secure cloud services Implementing and maintaining DoD and CMMC Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management guidance Overseeing assessments and audits to maintain CMMC and other certifications (ATOs) related to classified networks Creating processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of information systems and data protection including network architectures and service workflows using the ServiceNow platform Ensuring smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance and KPIs and SLAs including issue response time, user satisfaction, systems availability, and cost Supervising staff to include providing regular direction, guidance, and training Developing, managing, and tracking the IT department\'s annual budget including labor, services, licensing, and capital investments to assess total cost of ownership Consulting senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and optimize the use of information technology to achieve key program results Qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively build relationships with teams across the entire organization Excellent leadership and decision-making skills Strong knowledge of project management principles Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree in IT or business strongly preferred. 8+ years of experience leading IT operations, supervising technology teams, information security and overseeing large information technology projects Excellent understanding of computer systems, cybersecurity, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems Experience managing DoD cybersecurity systems at multiple levels of classification up to TS/SCI CISSP certification strongly preferred US citizenship required, DoD Secret clearance minimum required, TS strongly preferred Equal Employment Opportunity
