Position Overview

This position is responsible for managing water treatment, wastewater treatment, and similar Heavy Civil construction projects, including new package plants, tanks, lift stations/pump houses, and related infrastructure. The role combines office work and occasional field presence. Key Responsibilities

Oversee project budgets, schedules, and overall profitability. Develop subcontractor scopes of work and issue purchase orders. Procure materials and manage subcontractor and vendor relationships. Coordinate permitting, submittals, and shop drawings. Maintain and update project schedules, forecasts, and cost reports. Manage project documentation, including change orders and progress payments. Lead regular project meetings with owners, subcontractors, and internal teams. Supervise site activities in coordination with Superintendents and Foremen. Support estimating, client relations, and business development as needed. Mentor and train Project Engineers and support staff. Requirements

Experience managing water, wastewater, or heavy civil construction projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Proficiency with scheduling software (Primavera P6 preferred), MS Office, and project documentation tools. Comfortable working in outdoor conditions, including heat and humidity. Valid driver’s license. Degree not required. Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range: $90,000–$140,000 annually, depending on experience. Performance-based bonuses 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Comprehensive insurance options. Seniority level
