Staffing & Scheduling Facility & Patient Care Details Interdisciplinary Support: – Patient Diagnoses: – Special Procedures/Unit Details: – Special Equipment: – Float Required: – Call Required: – Weekend Coverage: – Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: – Orientation Hours: – Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks: 91 Qualifications
Required experience 1 year State License NY license is required in hand to submit Candidates within 75 miles of facility are not accepted Candidates will float – yes Charting Experience EPIC experience is a hard requirement Background policy – reviewed on case-by-case basis Return staff policy 1 year Modules – able to bill for up to 5 hours spent on modules Alert the account manager at time of submittal if traveler has any foreign education that will need to be verified Modules are billable, up to 5 hours. Total module time may reach 10 hours Any time spent in excess of 5 hours is non-billable Modules are completed pre-start, and vary by specialty Modules are recorded via facility report Guaranteed Hours: Contract Weeks:91 Application
