Responsibilities
Provide speech therapy services to clients in various settings.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on client assessments.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success.
Monitor and document client progress towards therapy goals.
Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize client care.
Engage with clients and families to provide education and support.
Adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse client needs.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in speech therapy.
Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and strategies.
Experience / Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
Experience with diverse client populations and therapy settings.
Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Strong communication skills for client and family engagement.
Experience in utilizing evidence-based practices in therapy.
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Proficiency in documenting client progress accurately and timely.
Willingness to adapt therapy techniques to meet client needs.
