OBGYN Receptionist Join to apply for the OBGYN Receptionist role at Together Women's Health . A Partner Practice of Together Women's Health , Women’s Health Consulting is seeking a full‑time Receptionist to join their growing team. The Receptionist is a brand ambassador and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to every patient, every time. Key Responsibilities Greeting every patient with a smile. Completing and updating patients’ insurance information with accuracy and efficiency. Utilizing the Electronic Health Record system to complete the registration process and facilitate the patient’s visit with their Physician, Certified Nurse Midwife, and/or the diagnostic technician. Completing the check‑out process by assisting patients with scheduling future appointments and providing referral information as directed by the providers. Verifying insurance eligibility to ensure timely billing to a third‑party vendor. Collecting co‑pays and deductibles as directed by the billing policies. Answering the appointment line and checking the Email appointment request system. Scheduling appointments for patients at one of office sites and/or diagnostic departments. Providing exceptional service and ensuring each patient’s encounter is professional, warm, caring, and meets their needs. Experience in a medical setting preferred. New graduates from a receptionist program welcome. Previous customer service experience required. One year of previous medical office experience preferred.
