Overview The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform is seeking online AANP tutors nationwide. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and influence students’ learning journeys—from home. Base pay and schedule Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to earn up to $40/hour. You can get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions you conduct and invoice. Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like. Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required. We handle the logistics; you invoice for sessions and we process payments. Responsibilities Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to AANP-related topics and related nursing practice concepts. Match with students whose learning style aligns with your teaching approach. Leverage the AI-powered Tutor Copilot to enhance sessions with real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features. Prepare and deliver personalized lessons and adapt to individual student needs. Maintain professional communication with students and platform staff. What we look for in a tutor Strong communication skills and an engaging teaching style. Expertise in AANP concepts and the ability to explain concepts clearly. Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles. Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience and graduate-level education. Ways to connect with students 1-on-1 Online Tutoring – Provide personalized instruction to individual students. Instant Tutoring – Accept on-demand tutoring requests when you’re available.
