Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Manufacturing Manager for Boeing Production System (BPS) and Compliance to support the organization’s Line Side Control Centers (LSCCs) and innovation cell in Auburn, WA.
Position Responsibilities:
Primary contact for all compliance related subjects for the MBU
Focal point for Lean activities within the MBU
Manages employees performing activities in multiple manufacturing disciplines
Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies
Acquires resources, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements
Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes
Manages, develops and motivates employees
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
5+ years’ experience with continuous process improvement initiatives
3+ years’ experience in using Lean principles
3+ years of experience in leadership either formally or informally leading teams in a cross-functional environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
3+ years’ experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience leading the implementation of Lean Manufacturing and/or the Boeing Production System
1+ years of experience in a compliance related role
Experience coaching team members and leaders in an operations environment influencing others

Summary Pay Range: $109,800 – $134,200
Location: Auburn, WA – 100% onsite – 1st shift
Relocation: This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.
