Senior Manager, IAM Finance & Risk

Responsibilities
Lead economic and financial evaluations for IAM assets, projects, and potential acquisitions or divestitures.
Develop, review, and manage valuation models, financial forecasts, and project economics to guide investment decisions.
Conduct decision and risk analyses, including scenario planning, sensitivity testing, and market exposure assessments.
Support the Director, IAM Commercial Strategy & Partnerships in negotiations for acquisitions, divestitures, and major commercial agreements.
Collaborate with the Senior Risk Manager and broader Commercialization team on risk mitigation, contract development, financing, and hedging.
Maintain financial governance frameworks to ensure compliance with Halliburton’s capital allocation, forecasting, and reporting standards.
Drive budget ownership and accountability, delivering transparent and data-driven financial performance reports.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership, enabling informed decision-making across the IAM portfolio.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience, including at least 10 years in financial analysis and general finance.
Required background in the Exploration & Production (E&P) sector.
Demonstrated expertise in project economics, risk management, and investment evaluation.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical, financial, and executive teams.
