Growth Sector Marketing Lead at STO Building Group. This role focuses on marketing strategy and pursuit leadership to position the firm for success on strategic pursuits in high-growth sectors. Responsibilities

Marketing Plan & Campaigns: Develop and implement sector-specific marketing strategies; identify differentiators, messaging platforms, and create marketing collateral. Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, print, PR, events, thought leadership) to increase visibility in target markets. Top Sector Pursuit Leadership: Track and lead top pursuits within high-growth sectors; monitor the sector opportunity pipeline in Salesforce/CRM; partner with Sector Leads, Business Development, and local marketing teams to identify, qualify, and prioritize high-value pursuits. Provide dedicated marketing leadership throughout the pursuit lifecycle, translating sales messages into winning proposals and presentations. Sector Toolkit Development: Develop client-facing materials (sector brochures, pitch decks, capability statements) tailored to sector audiences. Market Research & Competitive Insights: Conduct ongoing market research to identify trends and opportunities; benchmark against peer firms; maintain sector intelligence reports; gather client feedback to adjust positioning and messaging. Position Requirements: Support pursuit and capture planning for top sector pursuits; develop win strategies and compelling value propositions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business); advanced degree a plus 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC or related verticals Proven leadership in managing marketing teams or initiatives Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite), CRM systems (Cosential, Salesforce), and content development Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Strong understanding of the pursuit process Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines and budgets Ability to balance multiple priorities Team player with ability to work independently and lead trainings for multiple learning styles Excellent storytelling, communication, and project management skills Strong interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels Salary & Benefits

Salary:

$70K - $100K Compensation:

In addition to base pay, eligible for discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance. Benefits:
