Malia Mills is looking for a store manager to lead our SoHo boutique, cultivating an inviting, inspiring space for women to celebrate themselves and feel like rockstars.

About the Role The

Store Manager

role is an active, entrepreneurial, on-the-floor position — leading the store from A to Z. You’ll embody the Malia Mills spirit, inspiring your team and community while delivering an unforgettable customer experience rooted in confidence, craftsmanship, and joy.

What You’ll Do

Lead and inspire

your team with empathy, enthusiasm, and integrity — creating a culture of confidence and collaboration.

Deliver

one-on-one fit and styling sessions

that empower women and celebrate individuality.

Build meaningful relationships

with customers, teammates, and the local community — cultivating connection beyond the store walls.

Drive

sales performance

through leadership, coaching, and creative clienteling.

Oversee

day-to-day operations : POS troubleshooting, scheduling, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and visual merchandising.

Plan and host events and trunk shows

— both in-store and throughout the LA area — to build community and brand awareness.

Partner closely with our NYC studio and other boutiques to share insights, foster innovation, and contribute to collective growth.

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of

store management or retail leadership

experience, ideally in luxury, lifestyle, or contemporary fashion.

Proven success in

sales leadership, team development, and client relationship building.

Strong communication and organizational skills — you love connecting with people and leading by example.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy with POS systems and retail operations.

Passion for

fashion, styling, and community building.

Willingness to

travel occasionally

for events or training.

Availability for a full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays.
