Approximately 7500 sq. ft Direct oversight of 3+ associates 1st shift operation: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for the Pollardwater Warehouse Promote and drive safety daily in the workplace, crafting a safe work environment for associates Provide consistent communication to associates and counterparts Continue to increase quality in customer deliveries Drive high levels of inventory integrity within the building Maintain associate engagement throughout the warehouse Maintain and develop a productive warehouse by hiring, training and providing professional development for all associates Lead and coordinate activities including unloading and stocking inbound shipments, order selection and shipping of outbound orders, cycle counting, and final mile delivery services to customers Ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained in the site Ensure integrity of inventory and confirm that cycle counts are completed daily and accurately Maintain security of warehouse and safety of all associates and equipment, reporting any accidents and conveying any issues to management Qualifications

2+ years experience in distribution management supervising 3+ employees in a distribution/warehouse environment Strong background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory Previous experience working in a WMS environment Leadership experience in leading and developing a team, mentoring, coaching, training, and performance management Ability to work with people and build an engaging environment for associates Excellent interactive communication skills with ability to effectively communicate to different levels of the organization Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Experience managing a team of delivery drivers is a plus Material Handling Equipment Certification Proficient in OSHA and DOT regulations At Ferguson, we care for each other and value well-being alongside hard work. Pay Range:

$4,124.70 - $11,275.00 per month (salary) or equivalent hourly range for non-salaried roles. This role is eligible for Bonus or Incentive Plan. Ferguson complies with all wage regulations.
