Job Responsibilities

Build and execute comprehensive communication plans for training initiatives across various teams to ensure alignment and optimal outcomes

Mentor successors within the training organization, fostering leadership capabilities and knowledge transfer

Develop measurable goals for the training organization that align with company objectives and drive customer success

Lead the strategic development of training curriculum and methodologies to maximize platform value for customers

Oversee the integration of AI technologies within training operations to enhance personalized learning experiences

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree strongly preferred

8+ years of training and development experience with demonstrated progression in responsibility and strategic impact

6+ years of leadership experience managing training organizations, focusing on strategic planning and team development

5+ years of experience in customer-facing training roles, preferably in SaaS, technology, or financial services

Proven track record of building training organizations with measurable business impact and customer success outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced certifications in training and development (e.g., CPTD, CPLP, Ph.D. in Education)

International training experience with the ability to design programs for global audiences

Experience in enterprise software or financial services training with an understanding of regulatory environments

Thought leadership experience, including publications and speaking engagements in the training and development fields

Budget management experience for training organizations, with a focus on training ROI measurement
