to design, implement, and support enterprise-grade cloud environments for our customers. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Azure infrastructure services, hands-on experience with

Azure VM migrations ,

Azure Site Recovery , and strong

administrative and automation skills

within Azure. This individual will play a key role in modernizing legacy workloads, improving resiliency, and optimizing cloud operations across diverse environments. Base pay range

$110,000.00/hr - $125,000.00/hr Location

Engineering Reports to

VP, Engineering Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure solutions including Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Storage Accounts, and associated services. Plan and execute migrations from on-premises or hosted environments to Azure, using native and third-party tools (ASR, Azure Migrate, etc.). Configure and manage Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for disaster recovery and business continuity solutions. Collaborate with Systems and Network Engineering teams to ensure seamless hybrid integration between on-prem and cloud environments. Implement Azure governance frameworks, including policies, role-based access control (RBAC), resource groups, and cost management practices. Troubleshoot and resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues, escalating to Microsoft support when necessary. Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) templates and automation scripts using ARM/Bicep, Terraform, or PowerShell. Participate in the design of high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) strategies for critical workloads. Create and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Stay current with evolving Azure services, features, and best practices to drive innovation within customer environments. Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Azure environments. Proven experience with Azure VM migration projects, including use of Azure Migrate and related tooling. Strong working knowledge of Azure Site Recovery (ASR) for workload protection and failover testing. Proficiency with Azure portal, PowerShell, and Azure CLI for administration and automation. Familiarity with networking concepts such as VNETs, VPNs, ExpressRoute, and NSGs. Experience managing and securing Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including integration with on-premises AD. Understanding of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Security Center for operational insights. Strong documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications

Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305). Experience with Terraform or Bicep for IaC deployments. Background in supporting hybrid environments (Azure + on-prem servers). Exposure to Microsoft 365, Defender for Cloud, and Purview. Experience working in an MSP or multi-tenant environment.
