ERM Digital Services is seeking a

Managing Consultant, SAP EHS PC Delivery Lead (Senior Level)

to join our global practice. This role supports pre-sales, project delivery, and client engagement for SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions.

Responsibilities Support pre-sales team on RFP preparation with the scope of work, timeline plan and high-level project plan.

Evaluate EHS Product Stewardship (PS) software systems available on the market; assist clients with system requirements and system selection; provide advice on different EHS PS software systems in response to data, organizational, and operational requirements.

Interact with clients to gather requirements and understand business scenarios to develop appropriate proposals.

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of SAP methodology, principles, theories, concepts and techniques.

Engage in all life cycle stages of project execution; provide support and enhancement to SAP platforms and solutions as required to meet client objectives.

Analyze user requirements, prepare requirements documents, as-is & to-be processes, and identify gaps.

Lead Blueprinting sessions with customer stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional/technical design specifications.

Design processes to meet requirements and prepare functional specifications.

Facilitate change management related to adopting new information systems.

Collaborate with clients to develop/refine implementation strategy and testing needs; prepare test plans, conduct testing validation, and support UAT.

Implement SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions; assist with system configuration, integration, training, rollout, support, maintenance, and improvements.

Lead consultant teams in configuring/deploying SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions; publish system design documents, configure components, analyze/migrate data, and specify custom reports/dashboards and automated interfaces.

Provide knowledge transfer through formal documentation and end-user training; support training materials and user guides.

Must Have Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Chemical/Environmental Engineering/Science) or equivalent experience.

5 to 10 years’ experience in consulting and/or industry.

Strong chemistry and Product Stewardship / compliance knowledge and experience.

Experience with a minimum of three full life-cycle implementations including all phases.

≥ 2 Full Cycle SAP Product Compliance deployments – ECC and/or S/4HANA – including planning, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment.

Strong Chemical/Pharmaceutical business and market knowledge.

Strong SAP technical knowledge of specification database, materials management, procurement, logistics, master data, and overall SAP landscape functionality & integration.

Strong business process knowledge – Product Stewardship/Product Compliance, P2P, OTC, and Manufacturing.

Subject matter expert in Specification database / Substance Data Model, SDS authoring/distribution, DG classification/checks, GLM, Global product compliance / SVT including checks, and Discrete Product Compliance SPRC.

Commercial acumen and drive – track record of customer relations, business development and proposal management.

Project delivery skills – track record of technical delivery success to scope and budget.

Self-motivated and driven; strong people skills for project leadership and stakeholder engagement.

Nice to Have Qualifications Project Management certifications.

Strong Manufacturing – High Tech and Hard Goods - business and market knowledge.

SAP EHS Product Compliance Architecture skills – WWI/GenPC, Expert, OCC/ADM/Cloud Loader.

SAP EHS Product Compliance Content SME – 3E ERC+, SPRC Content Yordis/Opesus and/or CDX/SAP.

SAP technical skills (ABAP, BTP, iDoc, ALE, APIs, etc.) and certifications.

SAP Product Compliance Adjacencies skills/experience – GTS, PLM, Sustainability Suite (SCT, SFM, RD&P).

SME in global product compliance regulatory requirements.
