Job Description Interior Architect | Architecture & Interior Design Firm Chicago, IL | Hybrid working style This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded and technically savvy Architect to join their talented design team and contribute to their collaborative and fun atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Supports the Director of Architecture and Senior Architectural Designer for projects from Schematic Design through Construction Administration. Develops project designs and details with the Director of Architecture and Senior Architectural Designer and coordinates with Architectural Designer for implementation into Revit or CAD. Manages and works with the Senior Architectural Designer in the preparation of drawing sets in Revit or CAD. Coordinates Revit and CAD drawing standards with the Director of Architecture and Senior Architectural Designer and maintains Revit and CAD templates for new projects; relays drawing standards to Architectural Designer. Relays project drawing status, as necessary, with updates from Architectural Designer to the Director of Architecture or Senior Architectural Designer. References project information in Studio Designer, as needed, as entered by Designers. Reviews submittals for accuracy and reviews with the Director of Architecture or Senior Architectural Designer for submission to GC / builder. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture 5+ years of professional architecture experience, focusing on custom residential projects Professional licensure or in pursuit is preferred but not required Previous residential architecture experience – exterior and interior is highly sought after Previous commercial architecture experience is a plus Strong technical design abilities on residential and/or commercial architecture projects Ability to prioritize and lead multiple projects simultaneously Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and presentation skills Able to adapt to a fast-paced environment Self-starter, with the ability to multi-task Experience in project management Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, contractors, and other professionals, including colleagues Detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Original thinking, creativity, and ability to develop innovative approaches Ability to remain poised and manage client expectations Compensation and Benefits Competitive annual salary + bonus potential + full benefits package Salary based on experience and certifications Full benefits include health, dental, vision, life insurance, short/long-term disability, 401k with match, company-paid transportation allowance, PTO (3 weeks), wellness stipend, holidays, team gatherings, and more For immediate review and consideration, contact: Jordan Kravetzky - Jordan@InteriorTalent.com For all active Interior Talent job listings, visit
