Responsibilities
Manage the integration of Exotec products and third-party systems on customer warehouses, distribution centers, and/or fulfillment sites
Ensure system reliability by actively participating in the commissioning process on customer sites
Plan, coordinate and carry out the validation test of the systems
Measure, improve and maintain reliability of the entire solution during all deployment phases
Coordinate and implement software improvements to the systems
Communicate directly with customers to fulfill their needs and requirements
Inform the operational team on project progress

3+ years of commissioning robotic systems and/or equipment, ideally in industrial automation, materials handling, warehousing and/or logistics
BS degree in mechatronics, robotics, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar field
Flexibility with travel up to 100% of working hours, domestic and international, to client sites across North America
Broad knowledge of software, mechanical and electrical engineering with the ability to work on both mechanical troubleshooting and software configuration
Solid knowledge of design and visualisation software such as AutoCAD
An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving ability
Ability to meet physical demands of the job: occasional lifting up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking (Field Engineers can average 15K steps per day), and working on equipment overhead and at ground level
