Senior Financial Analyst
to drive global reporting, consolidation, and scenario modeling while partnering directly with leadership on key decisions. This is a
fully onsite role , and only local candidates or those willing to relocate will be considered.

Responsibilities
Take ownership of global financial reporting and consolidation processes
Influence key strategic decisions with actionable insights and scenario modeling
Partner with cross-functional teams on operational and strategic initiatives
Mentor junior analysts and elevate the overall finance team’s capabilities
Key Responsibilities Strategic Analysis & Reporting
Lead global financial reporting, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance
Build and refine scenario models to guide strategic planning
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence business direction
Prepare financial statements and lender covenant reporting
Budgeting, Forecasting & Capital Planning
Develop and monitor the annual capital expenditure budget
Track actual vs. planned spend, identifying cost efficiencies
Enhance and automate financial models, dashboards, and reporting processes
Collaboration & Leadership
Provide data-driven recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
Present findings clearly to finance and non-finance teams
Contribute to system implementations, process improvements, and new business cases
Mentor junior analysts and strengthen overall team performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
3–5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including global reporting or consolidations
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; ERP experience required (SAP, Oracle, Epicor, or Workday)
Proven ability to provide strategic insights and influence business decisions
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Must be local to Saint Paul, MN or willing to relocate
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or CPA
Experience with scenario modeling and capital planning
Exposure to multi-entity, international finance operations
