Overview
Program Manager I, II or III (Strategic Accounts) Responsibilities
This Program Manager will be a part of the Strategic Partnerships team working to support customer DER and renewable programs. This role will assist in the planning, execution and delivery of projects and programs aimed at improving customer satisfaction and engagement. This includes coordinating with various departments such as marketing, rates, customer service, and more. They will work closely with internal teams and external partners to support the delivery of seamless and effective customer service and support. Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Education And Experience Program Manager I: $81,442 - $101,803; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field; OR Four (4) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related. Program Manager II: $102,161 - $127,702; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field, AND Two (2) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related; OR Six (6) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related. Program Manager III: $128,150 - $160,188; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field, AND Four (4) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related; OR Eight (8) years of experience in managing a program, product, or service deliverable, account management, or related.
