Test Engr II role at Honeywell. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location. Key Responsibilities
Design and develop test strategies and plans for product testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute test plans and ensure accurate and efficient testing Analyze test results and provide recommendations for product improvements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and efficiency Develop and implement innovative test strategies to ensure product quality and reliability Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Aerospace engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with aerospace focus) A minimum of 2 years of experience in test engineering within the aerospace industry Strong knowledge of test methodologies and tools specific to aerospace products Familiarity in test facility setup and correlation testing with production assets Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies such as MATLAB, LabVIEW, or similar software WE VALUE Experience in aerospace product testing and evaluation Technical knowledge of air cooled and oil cooled generators, actuation systems, valves, and/or starters Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Continuous learning mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities Benefits
