Title: Physical Therapist Assistant Location/work environment: In facility Reporting structure: Reporting to Director of Rehab As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back. In doing this, you will implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow developed recovery plans, and deliver therapy treatments. You\'re a healer and a helper who puts patients first, delivering high-quality care in a compassionate atmosphere. You address the whole patient and see them as an individual, executing a program to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities. You adapt to the needs of the patient and find joy in the variety of work and settings. You collaborate with peers and make referrals when needed to help patients thrive. You ensure patients and their families receive outstanding service in a patient-centered environment.
