What You’ll Do

P&L Management: Own and manage all aspects of the Profit & Loss (P&L) for specific business lines or departments. Ensure financial accuracy and accountability for all items on the P&L, both small and large.

Budgeting & Forecasting: In collaboration with department heads and their teams, lead the development of budgets and forecasts, ensuring they align with corporate goals and strategic priorities, and track actual expenses against projections

Financial Analysis & Reporting: Build a transparent financial framework that helps P&L owners identify and strategize additional opportunities for investment and growth

Strategic Analysis & Business Support: Analyze, interpret and present relevant financial data and key business metrics to senior leadership - partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to impact business decisions

Collaboration with Stakeholders: Partner with business leaders in operations, marketing, product, and technology to provide financial support and ensure alignment of financial performance with overall business goals.

Internal Projects: Own and drive continuous improvements to Finance’s reporting and planning tools that help automate processes and deepen the financial bridge across departments

Who You Are

3+ years of professional experience in FP&A. Experience in-house at a tech company, combined with investment banking, private equity, consulting, or experience with analytics is ideal.

Proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling and problem-solving; you are comfortable building complex financial models from scratch.

Functional knowledge of financial reporting and accounting

The ability to deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured, fast-moving environment

Team player with exceptional interpersonal skills; ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership

Experience with PBCS or Essbase, SQL, Looker, Power BI and NetSuite a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000-$125,000, commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living

This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus
