to join their growing team. This role will focus on leading high-profile landscape architecture projects while also playing a key role in
business development and client relationship management . Responsibilities
Provide design leadership and oversee the delivery of complex landscape architecture projects. Lead project teams and mentor junior staff. Drive business development efforts, including client outreach, proposal writing, and presentations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure innovative and integrated project solutions. Contribute to the long-term strategic growth of the practice. Qualifications
Licensed Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure in Florida). 12+ years of professional experience with a proven track record in project leadership. Strong portfolio of built and planned work across diverse project types. Demonstrated success in business development and client engagement. Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills. Seniority level
