As a Frontend Software Engineer at Zoom, you will help build a world-class enterprise web application serving a rapidly growing user base—soon to be millions. You will play a key role in delivering an application renowned for its exceptional user experience, lightning-fast performance, and rock-solid quality. You will collaborate with talented teammates, both locally and across global time zones, contributing to a product that makes a real impact at scale.
Developing and maintaining enterprise web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
Building automated tests (unit and end-to-end) using frameworks such as Vitest or Jest.
Collaborating with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand feature requirements and contribute to simple system design.
Working closely with other engineers across the company to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
Taking ownership of tasks and working independently with guidance from senior team members when needed.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
3+ years of experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, ReactJS or Vue framework, and CSS.
Experience with Jest or Vitest for testing.
Experience with Node.js and RESTful APIs.
Experience with Python and an understanding of at least one backend language (e.g., Java, C++, etc.).
Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
$87,600.00
–
$186,000.00 .
In addition to base salary and/or OTE, Zoom uses a Total Direct Compensation model that includes base salary, bonus, and equity value. Starting pay is based on factors including qualifications and experience. Location-based compensation may vary by location.
Anticipated Position Close Date 10/26/25
