Senior Product Associate - Utilities at JPMorganChase. Be at the heart of transforming visions into market-ready products, navigating complex challenges to ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives. As a Senior Product Associate in Digital Utilities, you are trusted to deliver a platform enabling real-time sharing of customer and financial product data across the enterprise, elevating customer experiences through data consistency. You will collaborate across multiple systems and applications within Chase, working with engineers, architects, data scientists, other product owners, and business leaders. Responsibilities
Partner with the Product Manager to execute on key delivery tasks in alignment with the Product Roadmap Consider and plan for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience Write requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development and manage dependencies Act as a Technical & Customer Problem Solver – ask questions and define the problem within the Chase ecosystem, understand technologies in use and those we should be using to drive objectives Raise blockers and other impediments to the Product Manager Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy About Us
