This position will be responsible for providing leadership, direction, and focus to ensure operational performance excellence for our client's largest facility. Oversees quality systems, continuous improvement initiatives, and change control processes. Manages new product introductions with oversight of technical, business, and process aspects. Develops annual financial plans, forecasts performance, and manages capital investments. Supports talent development and fosters a culture that enables employees to reach their full potential.
