Network Technician
for our branch in
Seattle, WA . Our ideal candidate will be energetic, have experience with problem-solving, and have the ability to meet urgent deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Responsibilities
Connecting/installing office equipment to our customer’s network Set up printing, scanning, scanning to e-mail, scanning to FTP, etc. Ensuring customer satisfaction Remote troubleshooting and diagnosis of network connectivity issues Qualifications
Professional networking Net+ certification Good understanding of Windows Server environments (SBS, 2008 R2 & 2012 R2) Advanced knowledge of networking protocols and concepts (Routing, Ports, TCP/IP, Network analysis tools) Knowledge and hands-on experience providing support to users using Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, and other mainstream Microsoft applications Proficient with all Apple products Strong communication skills and ability to work cohesively with clients Ability to travel locally to different clients Benefits
