Overview

Overview The SAP Enterprise Systems Manager – OTC for Crocs, Inc leads a team of system architects in the SAP Order to Cash space. This role is a critical collaboration point between the business customer base and technical roles within Crocs and HeyDude. The OTC Manager must be able to provide IT leadership to the business community as well as manage team workload while fulfilling organizational priorities.

What You\'ll Do

Lead a team of OTC-focused solution architects, managing workloads, developing skillsets, and supporting career growth. Act as a mentor, and foster collaboration among the team.

Balance priorities, scope work, and meet commitments in a fast-paced changing environment.

Represent the SAP OTC space in initial discovery sessions, and ongoing business interactions.

Forge a strong relationship with key business and IT stakeholders.

Leverage deep knowledge of the technical capabilities of Order to Cash functions within the AFS module of SAP ECC, as well as a functional working knowledge of touchpoints to other SAP modules and relevant integrated systems in solution design.

Ask questions, dig to find root causes, and strive to address problems, not just symptoms.

Prioritize long-term stability and scalability of all proposed designs, and work to gain consensus across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.

Continuously work to understand ERP capabilities, functionality, features, and modules.

Consult on business processes to advise on process-focused solutions where appropriate.

Ensure best practices are followed by the team, and that all departmental standards are met.

Provide input to strategic direction of the IT landscape and technological development opportunities to support identified business needs based on scope, resourcing, and priority.

Architect system job schedules factoring resources, timing, and ancillary system needs.

Manage implementation of projects within scope and time constraints.

A desire to become a leader within the IT team.

What You'll Bring to the Table

BA/BS in a relevant IT field or equivalent experience.

Deep knowledge in OTC and working knowledge in at least one secondary functional area (P2P, FICO, etc.)

Experience leading a team of functional architects in a fast-paced environment.

8+ years' experience supporting and/or project experience in SAP OTC with demonstrated ability to deliver project work on time. Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation.

Hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting ERP systems including integrations.

Outstanding analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and how to translate them into application and operational requirements.

Excellent written/verbal English communication skills are a must to communicate with all levels of the organization. Regional language proficiency strongly desired.

Strong organizational, time management, and administrative skills to excel at coordinating multiple projects and changing priorities.

Title: SAP Enterprise Systems Manager - OTC

Salary or Pay Range: $140,000 - $150,000

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.

This position is eligible to participate in a company incentive program and company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program that includes company match, and other voluntary benefits.
