Senior Project Manager – Permanent Displays
to support our
Marlton, NJ
facility. As a Senior Project Manager for Permanent Displays you will oversee and manage all aspects of display projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that all materials and products are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role requires effective coordination across development, production, shipping, and invoicing stages, with a focus on maintaining timelines and quality processes. The Sr. Project Manager will serve as a key communication link between internal teams and sales, ensuring that client expectations are managed effectively. The position entails ensuring project profitability by identifying overlooked costs and handling scope changes effectively. The Senior Project Manager will also provide training to other project managers on complex display programs.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:
Oversee all phases of display projects, from initiation to delivery.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met.
Coordinate with Development, Production, Shipping, and Invoicing teams to ensure seamless project progression.
Implement and enforce quality control processes. Ensure all team members and external manufacturers adhere to quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for sales regarding project status and expectations.
Communicate critical project information to the Sales team to manage client expectations.
Manage project budgets and profit margins. Ensure all costs are captured in estimates and that any scope changes are communicated and approved
Provide guidance and training to other project managers, particularly on complex display projects.
Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
OTHER SIGNIFICANTJOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
Occasional Plane Travel to the manufacturing site.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
College degree or professional experience in lieu of education.
7-10 years of experience in project management with a focus on Retail Displays.
PREFERRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
PMP (Project Management Professional} certification or equivalent X experience in the Corrugated Industry.
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Experience with overseas manufacturing.
REQUIRED SKILLS (TECHNICAL, CLERICAL, LANGUAGE, ETC.)
Various project software packages.
Acumatica knowledge.
Strong English verbal and written skills.
Microsoft Environment (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.}
Language Skills - Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales reports, operating instructions, training, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentage, area, and volume. Ability to compute cost, profits, rates, and ratios.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to solve a variety of problems and deal with a variety of situations where only limited information or standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Leadership Attributes - must possess the following: Superior time management skills including the ability to manage multiple issues concurrently and the ability to lead an effecting and efficient meeting. Excellent crisis manager who demonstrates that he/she has a high emotional control under adverse conditions and can lead his/her personnel to a successful resolution. Professional appearance to support his/her role as a managerial representative.
Excellent employee relations skills, being an active listener, understanding how to appraise personnel, applying both positive and corrective feedback, being able to resolve conflicts either involving directly or as a third party.
