Full-time, onsite Overview This client is an industry-leading company that’s driving innovation in food manufacturing and flavor development. As a QA Technical Manager, you will lead quality assurance initiatives, support compliance efforts, and drive continuous improvement across QA systems and processes. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary QA information resource for internal and external clients. Support the creation, execution, and maintenance of QA procedures. Provide timely QA guidance and solutions to internal and external clients. Investigate product quality and food-safety related inquiries. Analyze quality data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Lead initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects. Ensure QA practices comply with regulatory, GFSI, and customer requirements. Provide QA support for external audits and inspections. Oversee maintenance of approved specifications. Lead and mentor assigned QA staff. Create detailed reports and lead QA discussions. Provide training to personnel as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in a scientific field. Minimum of 3 years of management experience. Minimum of 5 years QA experience in food manufacturing. HACCP certification. PCQI certification. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret complex data. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Must be able to report to any company facility as needed, sometimes with same-day notice.
