This role oversees the full operations of one or more Texas Original retail dispensaries, ensuring exceptional patient service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence. The Regional Manager leads Assistant Managers and Retail Associates, manages store performance and KPIs, coordinates vendor relationships, and supports cross-functional collaboration across retail, fulfillment, and logistics. The role is accountable for ensuring each dispensary operates smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with company values, compliance standards, and patient care expectations. Base pay range

Lead and manage daily operations for assigned retail dispensary location(s), including scheduling, staffing, and store readiness. Oversee patient phone operations for assigned retail location(s), ensuring consistent coverage, call response times, and service quality. Supervise Assistant Managers and Retail Associates, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and patient-centered care. Ensure strict adherence to all state cannabis regulations, company SOPs, and security standards. Oversee cash handling, reconciliation, and deposit accuracy; ensure compliance with internal financial controls. Resolve patient and operational escalations promptly and professionally, both in-store and over the phone, maintaining a calm and solution-focused approach. Prepare, analyze, and report weekly and monthly KPIs including orders, revenue, AOV, cart size, calls made, calls answered, and best sellers. Review weekly call logs and KPI metrics to assess communication standards, service performance, and identify coaching opportunities. Collaborate with leadership and support teams to align store goals with broader company objectives. Manage vendor relationships and facility maintenance, ensuring compliance, safety, and visual presentation standards are consistently met. Coordinate overnight order transport and product reconciliation to maintain integrity and compliance of inventory movement. Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for new retail staff to ensure consistent execution and adherence to standards. Conduct regular store audits to identify process gaps, compliance risks, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain effective communication across all departments to ensure seamless coordination and operational alignment. Additional Responsibilities

Assist with regional or statewide operational initiatives assigned by the Senior Manager, Customer Operations. Participate in the development and rollout of new retail processes, technologies, and training programs. Monitor and report on retail trends, patient feedback, and competitive insights to leadership. Ensure compliance readiness during inspections and audits, support quality assurance initiatives. Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for local events, outreach, and delivery support as needed. What You’ll Need to Succeed

Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate multi-role teams while maintaining operational discipline. Strong understanding of cash management, KPI tracking, and retail performance analysis. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills under pressure. Ability to ensure all retail activities align with HIPAA, local, and state cannabis regulations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage staff, patient interactions, phone operations, and compliance documentation simultaneously. Comfortable navigatingafast paced, evolving regulatory environments with precision and composure. Proficiency with POS systems, Microsoft 365, and inventory tracking software. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform various movements including reaching, bending, and stooping as needed. Benefits
