Infor . Infor is hiring a Channel Partner Recruiting Manager to expand our ERP channel partner ecosystem with a focus on manufacturing. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding channel partners in North America that specialize in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) solutions for manufacturing. The position will focus on recruiting partners for CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) in whitespace markets, based on geography and micro-vertical. You will work with internal teams across Sales, Channel Management, Product Management, and Industry Strategy to ensure partner alignment and productivity. Responsibilities include managing recruitment campaigns, evaluating partner business plans, and supporting onboarding activities to drive long-term partner contribution to the business.
A Day in the Life Typically Includes:
Executing targeted outreach and campaigns to recruit ERP reseller partners in the manufacturing sector
Leading meetings with prospective partners, including C-suite executives, to communicate program structure and participation requirements
Reviewing and providing input on partner business plans and alignment with corporate growth objectives
Managing and maintaining a partner recruitment pipeline aligned to predefined selection criteria
Delivering standardized messaging and materials outlining the business value of CloudSuite Industrial for manufacturing
Coordinating with internal stakeholders to support recruitment, onboarding, and enablement activities
Supporting onboarding processes, including training, documentation access, and program enrollment
Basic Qualifications:
Experience engaging with executive-level stakeholders in a business development or partner management role
Experience with software reseller (VAR) business models, including sales, margins, and service delivery structures
Experience delivering presentations or structured messaging to external business partners
Experience managing pipeline development or partner acquisition processes
Experience working in cross-functional environments involving Sales, Product, or Marketing teams
Experience using CRM or partner relationship management (PRM) systems
Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience recruiting or managing ERP software channel partners
Experience working with manufacturing-focused technology or solutions
Experience with CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) or other ERP platforms
Experience developing partner onboarding processes or enablement plans
Experience executing channel-focused go-to-market strategies
Experience using structured partner evaluation criteria and selection frameworks
Experience analyzing industry or partner data to support recruitment strategies
