This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist In Charge at our pharmacy located in a medical building in Hinsdale, IL. The Pharmacist In Charge will be responsible for managing pharmacy operations, overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations, preparing and dispensing medications, counseling patients on their medications, and maintaining inventory levels. The Pharmacist In Charge will also be involved in compounding medications, managing pharmacy records, and collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care. We are looking for a people-oriented professional who enjoys building relationships with physicians and healthcare providers, answering their clinical questions, and presenting our pharmacy services to support their practice needs. Responsibilities

Manage pharmacy operations and oversee staff Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations Prepare and dispense medications Counsel patients on medications and provide clinical guidance Maintain inventory levels and manage pharmacy records Involve in compounding medications and related processes Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care Build relationships with physicians and healthcare providers; answer clinical questions; present pharmacy services to support practice needs Qualifications

Pharmacy management, inventory management, and staff supervision skills Knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations Experience in medication preparation, dispensing, and compounding Strong patient counseling and communication skills Ability to maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution Active pharmacist license in the state of Illinois Experience in retail or compounding pharmacy is a plus Attention to detail and ability to multitask Seniority level
