Requirements
2-6 years of experience in full stack engineering, ideally within a startup or fast-paced setting.
Familiarity with SaaS platforms, adtech, or retail media technology is a plus.
While experience in e-commerce or retail technology is preferred, it is not mandatory.
Strong grasp of backend development, database architecture, and API integrations.
Comfortable undertaking frontend development and enhancing UI/UX.
Capable of producing clean, maintainable, and thoroughly documented code.

Responsibilities Full Stack Development & Platform Scaling
Design, develop, and maintain Swishs core SaaS platform with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. Create robust APIs and integrations with retail partners to facilitate automated, programmatic sampling. Develop frontend UX/UI components to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience. Enhance database performance and architecture for handling large?scale sampling campaign data. Work on cloud infrastructure and DevOps to ensure seamless deployments and maintain platform uptime.
Data Management & System Architecture
Craft data pipelines for real?time campaign tracking, performance evaluation, and analytics. Establish secure and scalable database structures for retailer and brand campaign data. Collaborate with third?party data sources (e.g., retailer transaction data, customer behavior analytics) to enhance targeting.
UI/UX & Frontend Development
Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for brand and retailer dashboards. Team up with product and design groups to guarantee a smooth user experience for campaign setup and reporting. Enhance frontend performance and usability across both web and mobile platforms.
Retailer & Adtech API Integrations
Develop API?driven solutions for seamless integration of Swish into retailer commerce and retail media platforms. Engage with OAuth, webhook processing, and third?party data integrations to enable real?time campaign execution.
Technical Strategy & Growth
Participate in strategic discussions regarding the product roadmap to steer future development. Contribute to technical architecture decisions, ensuring adaptability and scalability as we expand. Assist in the evaluation and recruitment of new engineering team members as our team grows.
