Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
Base pay range: $93,891.00/yr - $134,160.00/yr

Responsibilities
Provide primary care services in a growing and highly regarded clinic with comprehensive, supportive and integrative services.
Demonstrate a positive, caring personality; be innovative, autonomous, and a team player.
Participate in a collaborative, physician-led Medical Group with opportunities for professional growth.
Apply clinically to meet patient health needs and contribute to high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications Required for Physician Assistants
Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies
Unrestricted license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Colorado
PA-C certification issued by NCCPA and maintained throughout employment
Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications commonly prescribed in practice
Eligible to provide services with Medicare/Medicaid; provider status eligibility
No sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA list
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate privileges
Prescriptive authority as appropriate per privileging process
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Required for Nurse Practitioners
Master's degree in Nursing and graduation from an accredited NP program
ANCC or AANPCB NP certification, current for hire and throughout employment
Unrestricted NP license in state of practice or compact privileges
Unrestricted medical staff membership with appropriate privileges
Full prescriptive authority
Unrestricted DEA permit to prescribe all medications
Eligible for Medicare/Medicaid services; provider status
No sanctions or exclusions from HHS/OIG or GSA list
BLS certification
