The mission was born out of founder Dani Austin's own personal hair journey as she struggled to find brands and products that specifically addressed the root of hair loss and hair thinning. With several factors affecting each person’s hair health, Divi strives to pioneer what it means to have a healthy “scalp health routine.” Divi has grown quickly and is focused on growth in 2024 with big ideas on the horizon. We are looking to grow our team to help. Job Summary We’re looking for a Sr. Accountant to join our growing Finance team and play a critical role in maintaining Divi’s financial integrity and operational excellence. This candidate should have roughly 3-4 years of accounting experience, thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and enjoy rolling up their sleeves to help scale processes for a high-growth brand. This person will own day-to-day accounting functions, ensure the accuracy of financial reporting, and partner closely with cross-functional teams (Finance, Operations, and People & Culture) to maintain strong internal controls and support business decision-making. Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or progress toward CPA preferred) 3-4 years of progressive accounting experience (preferably in CPG, retail, or e-commerce) Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite, or similar ERP systems Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to thrive in a growing, entrepreneurial environment Collaborative, proactive, and communicative working style Responsibilities

Core Accounting & Financial Reporting

Manage the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closes Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure transactions are recorded in accordance with GAAP Prepare financial statements and management reports for leadership review Operations & Process Improvement

Partner with Operations, Marketing, and P&C to ensure accurate expense tracking and coding Lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and accuracy across accounting systems Support implementation and optimization of accounting software, ERP tools, and automation initiatives Compliance & Controls

Assist in preparation for annual audits and tax filings by coordinating with external partners Maintain strong internal controls and documentation for all accounting processes Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including sales tax and payroll reporting Strategic Support

Collaborate with the Finance team on budgeting and forecasting processes Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for optimization Support special projects, new system integrations, and other ad hoc financial analyses as needed Benefits
