Financial Analyst — New Jersey | Hybrid (Onsite 1 day per week) | Full-Time / Contract | $35/hr Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership. Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across multiple programs and service lines. Build financial models to evaluate program costs, funding utilization, and revenue trends. Partner with department heads to interpret data, highlight cost drivers, and recommend improvements. Assist with Board and grant reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to visualize KPIs, financial trends, and operational metrics. Connect data sources such as ERP systems, general ledger, and Excel models to streamline reporting. Create DAX measures, data models, and drill-down dashboards for department leaders. Collaborate with IT and Finance to optimize reporting tools and improve automation. Dashboard Development & Analytics

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Information Systems. 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business intelligence. Proficiency in Power BI (or Tableau) and SQL for querying and data manipulation. Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, Power Query, financial modeling). Strong understanding of data accuracy, financial integrity, and process automation. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Background in healthcare, non-profit, or behavioral health finance. Experience with grant or program budgeting, fund reporting, or Medicaid/Medicare reporting. Why Join
