Lead and facilitate the mobile platform for the booking area, ensuring the team maintains great execution and advances to the next level. Drive design decisions, define and implement a strategy to adopt the latest technologies, and mentor engineers for professional growth. Collaborate with product managers to shape and execute projects, lead technical decisions, and review the development team’s work, with hands-on involvement as needed. Work closely with the central mobile platform team to adopt the latest platform features and drive a roadmap for continuous code cleanup and a robust testing strategy. Balance the roles of technical product manager (what/why) and project manager (how/when) for feature development in a large, critical area. Contribute to and shape the design of native client-side applications (iOS and Android) and drive adoption of cross-platform technologies where appropriate. Coordinate with stakeholders and report to senior leadership; help make strategic decisions to advance the company. Recruit and develop talent, inspiring the team to achieve their potential and integrate A-players into the business. What you’ll Need to Succeed
Extremely proficient in either Swift or Kotlin Experience with or interest in cross-platform technologies and frameworks such as Kotlin Multiplatform, React Native, Flutter, NativeScript, Ionic Knowledge of other languages (e.g., Objective-C, Java, C#, Scala) is a plus Proficiency in modern coding practices (dependency injection, reactive programming, MVVM, design patterns) Passion for technology and mobile apps; experience in a successful agile development team Ability to take full responsibility for the product—from planning to deployment and maintenance Equal Opportunity Employer
