Collaborate with your Art partner to craft messages and build brands that stand out. Tackle projects across print, broadcast, OOH, and digital with agility and emotional resonance. Develop out-of-the-box concepts, rationales, and copy for campaigns, from print ads to digital marketing and beyond. Partner with your assigned Art partner to create synergies that transform projects into masterpieces. Craft work that aligns with strategy and elevates the brand—writing with strategic clarity and impact. Ensure creations are mindful of the client’s measurement objectives; impact is a defined metric. Present concepts and layouts with clarity and flair to internal teams and clients, on time and on budget. Deliver assignments as commitments etched in your creative DNA—on time and on budget. What We’re Looking For

5-7 years in a Copywriting role in an advertising agency or creative department. Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English or a related field (preferred) and/or equivalent work experience. Strong storytelling ability across all mediums—print, digital, broadcast, OOH, and TV. Portfolio that demonstrates range across mediums and a strategic, creative approach. Conceptual thinking and strategic execution as key creative strengths. Understanding of the client, industry, and market; broad perspective across related landscapes. Experience in digital and print direct response writing. Excellent presentation skills with attention to detail and professional delivery. Salary & Benefits

The salary range for this role is

$86,000-$95,000 , based on candidate skills, experience, location, and other factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time. Benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K, Lifestyle Spending Account, Employer Paid Life & Disability Insurance, Flexible Time Off & Holidays, plus additional benefits and rewards.
