We’re looking for a Director of Business Applications to lead the strategy, implementation, and optimization of the systems that power our business operations. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, responsible for ensuring our CRM, ERP, HR, and financial applications work seamlessly to drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll lead a talented team partnering closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, HR, Operations, and IT to align technology investments with company growth. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership Define and execute the business applications strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals. Partner with executive and department leaders to identify system needs, pain points, and opportunities for automation and optimization. Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives to improve business agility and scalability. Lead, mentor, and develop a team responsible for the configuration, integration, and administration of enterprise systems. Manage relationships with SaaS vendors, implementation partners, and consultants including contracts, renewals, and SLAs. Oversee software budget, licensing, and vendor performance metrics. Design and maintain an integrated application ecosystem that connects key systems such as CRM, ERP, HRIS, and data platforms. Ensure reliable data flow between systems via APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions Establish and enforce governance standards for system configuration, access, and data integrity. Process Optimization & Enablement Partner with business stakeholders to analyze and streamline core processes across Finance, Sales, HR, and Operations. Lead initiatives to automate manual workflows and enhance user experience and efficiency. Develop KPIs and reporting to measure system adoption, ROI, and business impact. Data & Analytics Support Ensure systems produce clean, consistent, and actionable data for reporting and analytics. Collaborate with Data & Analytics teams to improve master data management and reporting frameworks. Security & Compliance Collaborate with Information Security to maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards (e.g., SOC2, GDPR, CCPA). Manage access controls, audit readiness, and risk assessments across enterprise applications. Qualifications

Required: 10+ years of experience managing enterprise business systems, with 5+ years in leadership. Proven success implementing and scaling SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite, UKG/UltiPro or similar HRIS). Strong technical experience deploying, configuring, and optimizing NetSuite Strong understanding of business process design, systems integration, and core finance/accounting principles Experience leading cross-functional initiatives that drive measurable business outcomes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Preferred: Experience migrating, integrating, and consolidating SaaS applications to meet business needs related to M&A activities. Familiarity with iPaaS, data warehouse integrations, and business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) PMP, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement certifications. What Success Looks Like
