The Revenue Operations Manager will drive operational excellence across our revenue functions, with particular focus on our Deal Desk operations. This role combines analytical thinking, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize revenue processes, improve deal velocity, and ensure smooth alignment between sales, finance, legal, and customer success teams. You will be instrumental in structuring complex deals while maintaining efficient processes that enable sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement standardized deal processes, approval workflows, and exception handling protocols to reduce friction in the sales cycle Review and analyze complex deal structures, providing guidance to sales teams on pricing, discounting, and non-standard terms within company guidelines Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasting models, providing regular insights on pipeline health and revenue projections Collaborate with legal, finance, and sales leadership to facilitate timely review and approval of non-standard agreements and custom terms Partner with sales leadership to establish KPIs and build comprehensive dashboards that track deal performance against targets Build and maintain quote templates, order forms, and proposal documentation that balance sales flexibility with organizational requirements Analyze sales performance and deal metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement Support territory planning, quota setting, and compensation structure design to align with company objectives Lead training and enablement for sales teams on deal structuring best practices, pricing guidelines, and approval processes Qualifications & Skills
Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or deal desk roles Strong understanding of sales contracting processes and deal structuring Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience building reporting dashboards and managing data visualization tools Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments Preferred Experience with sales forecasting methodologies and pipeline management Knowledge of enterprise SaaS pricing models and transaction structures Understanding of revenue recognition principles and compliance requirements Understanding of SaaS business models and metrics Experience with sales compensation plan design and administration Seniority level
