Overview
This opportunity is ideal for ambitious sales professionals with entrepreneurial drive. You’ll join a small but fast-growing team helping innovative software companies accelerate their growth. The role offers a chance to take a business from early revenue to meaningful scale – from roughly $1M to $10M ARR – while working closely with founders, engineers, and product leaders shaping the next generation of software. We value hands-on collaboration and work primarily from our office in Brooklyn. Salt is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy. What You’ll Do
Own the full sales cycle
– from outbound prospecting to closing, as well as managing inbound opportunities generated by marketing. Build strong client relationships
– act as a trusted partner throughout the customer journey, from first engagement through renewal. Shape sales processes
– contribute to building and improving internal systems such as CRM management, pipeline strategy, and renewal frameworks. Engage with technical buyers
– confidently lead discussions with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product leaders about technical requirements and integrations. What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive (5+ years total in sales). Proven success selling SaaS products with
$10K+ ACVs . Strong technical acumen with understanding of
APIs
and
SDKs . What We Offer
Opportunity to help shape the sales function at a growing startup. Collaborative teammates who value curiosity and ownership. Direct exposure to startup building and go-to-market strategy. Compensation:
$100K-$150K base, commission and equity. Local living bonus:
up to $18,000 annually for those based near the office. Perks:
