Your conceptual thinking, effective communication, and design expertise will help articulate and implement creative solutions across a variety of projects. The position also offers the chance to consult with internal clients, build lasting relationships, and mentor team members.

Graphic Designer III Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal clients.

Collaborate with art directors, stakeholders, and clients to develop strategic design solutions.

Conduct design consultations to conceptualize and execute social and paid media solutions.

Develop creative briefs, storyboards, and layouts to communicate inclusive design ideas.

Design visually compelling pitches and presentations.

Mentor team members, providing feedback to align with project vision.

Manage projects, creating timelines and estimates to meet budget requirements.

Graphic Designer III Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field, or equivalent work experience.

A creative digital portfolio showcasing exceptional conceptual thinking and design skills.

Over five years of experience as a senior graphic designer, with expertise in event design.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and project workflow platforms.

Strong skills in designing for presentations, video / animation storyboards, and marketing collateral.

Ability to understand client vision through active listening and advanced communication.

Experience in strategizing and leading ideation sessions with creative colleagues and clients.

Strong business acumen and ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Willingness to engage in project management and internal client communications.
